2006 Toyota SCION TC Equipment Electrical Air Conditioner problems & defects.

Toyota SCION TC Equipment Electrical Air Conditioner problems : 2.

2006 scion Tc, The A/c On This Car (still Under Warranty) Stopped Cooling. I Took It To The Scion Dealer I Purchased The Vehicle From, And They Advised Me That A Pebble Or Rock Had Hit The Condenser Unit And Caused A Crack, Allowing Refrigerant To Leak Out. The Repair Will Be Over $1000, And I Was Advised That This Is Considered A Road Hazard Which Isn’t Covered Under Warranty. I Believe (as Many Others Do) That This Is A Design Flaw, Which Should Be Covered Under Warranty. *tr
